Bar Crispin is an all-day restaurant and wine bar on Kingly Street, Soho. Offering low intervention wines and seasonal sharing plates, it is a place for any occasion. Focusing on small scale producers, sustainability is at the core of Bar Crispin's ethos.
Our chefs deliver a broadly European inspired menu, using locally sourced ingredients from independent growers, small-scale farms and producers. We also have a wine club at crispinstores.com, where we focus on natural wines using indigenous and rare grape varieties.

The Green Room is a 14-person private dining room designed by Jermaine Gallacher. Its hand-painted lights by Viola Lanari and emerald green walls are reminiscent of old Soho. Underneath the hand painted chandelier rests a beautiful large red square table, making it a perfect for any occasion, from an intimate dinner to a debaucherous wine and food fueled evening. The backlit wine rack custom made by Jermaine Gallacher is a striking focal point and houses some of the wines you’ll see on the list.
Our Head Chef Fabien offers canapés and sharing menus for all occasions, centred around locally sourced ingredients which can be paired beautifully with the wines in the cellar. Email bar@crispinlondon.com to enquire.

Born in Nimes, France; Fabien Spagnolo has a CV spanning many of London's top restaurants. Working in kitchens such as Frenchie, Pollen St Social, The Corner Room and most recently Casa Fofo, Fabien joins us with a wealth of experience. The ethos of seasonality and sustainability running through the veins of Crispin Group is central to the food Fabien lovingly creates. He believes cultures and environment can be defined by the food we produce and eat, and by creating experiences that respect and celebrate each ingredient we can be inspired to connect with each other and the environment in which we live. By respecting each ingredient, we aim to celebrate great producers in the UK and create memorable experiences.
Fabien’s menu reflects the ethos of Crispin Group and combined with Alex’s wine list we hope to express our commitment to sustainability and locally sourced produce, whilst championing the stories behind the people who created them.
Joyously we are constantly discovering new and unique producers who share our philosophy, and we cannot wait to welcome you on this journey with us!
Our extensive primarily European wine list is curated by our sommelier Alex Price, focusing on real wines that reflect a sense of place with producers who use organic and bio-dynamic practices and rare grape varietals with a nod to sustainability.
We highlight beloved regions of the Loire, Beaujolais, Savoie and the enticing oxidative styles of the Jura, while also listing wilder wines yielded from volcanic land and wonderful producers in places such as Tenerife, Sicily and Greece. Our independent merchants allow us to forever evolve the list, experimenting with a variety of styles and winemakers of more playful to more classical low intervention styles, who have become icons of the wine world. Some wines only being available in finite quantities - when they are gone, they are gone.
Every month we team up with a sommelier, winemaker or importer for an intimate wine tasting. From Indigenous Catalunyan grapes to wines from mineral volcanic soils, each tasting will be varied and unique. The location of the tasting will alternate between Crispin in East London and Bar Crispin in Soho.
